Refund Policy

 

 

Upon confirming the eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 3 business days.

 

For payments made with a credit card, we will cancel the credit card authorization to prevent the charge from being billed.

 

(However, if the credit card charge has already been made according to the payment date, the refund will be processed by the credit card company during the following month's credit card billing cycle.)

 

 

[Standards for Refund]

 

(Established under Article 18, Paragraph 3 of the Enforcement Decree Of The Act On The Establishment And Operation Of Private Teaching Institutes And Extracurricular Lessons)

 

 

[If the course duration is less than 1 month]

 

1) Full Refund

- Please apply for a refund before the start of the online course.

(We provide 2/3 refund of the tuition fee if a refund is requested after starting the course.)

 

2) Partial Refund

- If the number of classes attended is less than 1/3 of the total number of classes: 2/3 of the tuition fee will be refunded.

- If the number of classes attended is less than 1/2 of the total number of classes: 1/2 of the tuition fee will be refunded.

 

3) No Refund

- If the number of classes attended is equal to or more than 1/2 of the total number of classes, no refund will be issued.

 

(Example) In the case of a course with a total of 10 sessions and a tuition fee of 300,000 KRW for a course duration within 1 month:

- If you request a refund before the 3rd session: 300,000 X 2/3

- If you request a refund before the 5th session: 300,000 X 1/2

- If you request a refund before the 6th session: No refund

 

 

[If the course duration is 1 month or more:]

 

The refund amount for the month in which the refund was requested (based on the less than 1-month refund policy) + full tuition fees from the month following the refund request until the end of the course.

 

 

 

Camp & Experience Program Refund Policy

 

 

The Camp & Experience Program refers to all programs under the Gen.G Global Program. This includes but is not limited to, the following: Gen.G Practicum Abroad, Gen.G Esports Training, and other related programs.

 

Refunds will be processed within 20 business days after the program is over, contingent upon confirmation of refund eligibility.

[Standards for Refund]

 

1) Full Refund

- Eligible if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.

 

2) 70% Refund

- Eligible if cancellation is requested after 24 hours of payment and up to 7 days before the program start date.

 

3) 50% Refund

- Eligible if cancellation is requested between 6 days and 4 days before the program start date.

 

4) No Refund

- No refunds will be provided if cancellation is requested 3 days before the program start date or after the program has commenced, once the group chat has been created.

 

 

[Note]

 

- All cancellation or refund requests for camp and experience programs must be submitted in writing to gengcamp@geng.gg within the designated period.

 

- Card processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

- Please ensure that all requests are submitted within the specified deadlines. This refund policy is strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made.

 

- Please note that the program details are subject to change. Any changes to the itinerary provided that they include all inclusions, do not constitute grounds for a refund request.

 

- If the program is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.
